1. The Roamrr marketplace

Roamrr is a marketplace that helps guests discover and request outdoor stays from independent campsite and glamping hosts. The host operates the property and is responsible for the on-site services, facilities, descriptions, permissions, and compliance with applicable law.

Guests contract with the relevant host for the stay described in the confirmed booking. Roamrr provides the marketplace, booking-request, and payment-facilitation technology and does not own, supervise, or guarantee every property or activity.

2. Bookings and INR pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). A booking request is not confirmed until the host approves it and the guest receives confirmation. The online advance, balance due at check-in, taxes, inclusions, availability, and the host's cancellation terms are shown at checkout or in the booking confirmation.

3. Guest conduct and property rules

Guests must provide accurate booking information, follow check-in instructions, respect the host and surrounding community, and comply with every property, fire, wildlife, environmental, and local safety rule. Quiet hours and any restrictions on music, fires, alcohol, pets, visitors, and waste disposal apply as displayed by the host.

Guests are responsible for choosing a vehicle suitable for the advertised route, terrain, weather, payload, towing, and ground-clearance requirements. Guests must not attempt a route or enter an area when their vehicle or equipment is unsuitable, and must supervise their party, children, pets, vehicles, and belongings.

4. Outdoor risks and safety acknowledgement

Outdoor and off-grid stays involve inherent risks, including uneven or remote terrain, weather, insects, wildlife, fire, water, limited utilities, poor connectivity, road conditions, and delayed emergency access. Guests must assess their own health, skills, equipment, travel plans, and insurance, follow host safety directions, and seek help when conditions change.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamrr is not liable for loss, injury, illness, death, theft, property damage, delay, cancellation, or indirect or consequential loss arising from a host property, outdoor terrain, off-grid conditions, travel to or from a property, weather, wildlife, another guest, a vehicle or activity, or an act or omission of a host or third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Host changes and force majeure

A host may restrict access, suspend activities, relocate guests, or cancel where severe weather, wildfire, flooding, road closure, wildlife, government action, utility failure, or another event outside reasonable control creates a safety or operational risk. Available credits, rescheduling, or refunds are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
